ANIMA is a part of the VIVUM Group with offices in Hamburg and Frankfurt. While ANIMA focuses the conception and realization of the construction projects, VIVUM acts as a fund initiator and manager as well as an investment and asset manager for real estate investments in Germany.

As a real estate developer, VIVUM is aware of its ecological responsibilities. We thus aim to not only design new buildings or refurbishments in the most resource-efficient way possible, but also to ensure maximum energy efficiency in the portfolio phase.

In order to uphold our social responsibility, we strive to achieve a balanced mix in the projects we develop and, to a large extent, create barrier-free and age-appropriate living spaces. We refrain from engaging in pure tenant management measures involving the displacement of tenants.
